Rona’s Must Watched Concert this March

The last time I watched and actually enjoyed a concert was way before I got married and relocated here in South Central Mindanao. Though a lot of concerts both and locals are also showcased here, none of those yet has made my feet giggle in excitement and spend a desperately save for the tickets. This year, I had to miss watching Evanescence! And here comes another must watched Philippine concert tour; like Evanescence, whom I grew up singing along with.

I hated tacky romantic music, though this Soul and RnB artist kind of flipped me out through his cheesy lyrics.  He may have dreamy words in his songs but if you listen well, the lyrics perfectly describe what you exactly wanted to express but wasn’t able to put together better than his songs.  Lyrics were simple but has deeper and brilliantly assembled. He is truly an artist not just with an art but with a passion.

Though I had the chance to watched  and follow him on Donald Trump’s ‘Celebrity The Apprentice’, which by the way made me more admire him because he is such a gentleman and a man who knows to handle his principles but never got into an awful fight like all other  apprentices who undergoes pressure and annoying situation. He has made me like him more. His firm but subtle, firm but still friendly, strict but still kind and a leader who exactly knows when to follow.

According to Click the City and Wikipedia, Brian is a multitalented artist who can literally play well in nine different instruments and basically belt and sing in wonderfully varied tones. He is has the most number of been nominations in Grammy’s, American Music Awards, Image Awards, MTV, Soul Train and other local awards back in USA.  

He has also previous collaboration with famous artist such Mariah Carey, Vanessa Williams, Boyz II Men, Sean “Puffy” Combs, Justin Timberlake, Nelly,  Rascals Flat, Mary J. Blige, Josh Groban, and the list may go on. Philippine’s Regine Velasquez has also worked with the respected Brian Mcknight; and now on his Philippine March 16, Regine’s talented young singer Angeline Quinto will have the chance to do the duets with the Knight.  So mark your calendars and save the date on Friday at the Araneta Coliseum. The concert starts at 8pm. Wondering what the heck I am mumbling about? It’s the Hanson’s ever famous song. I remember taping the fun-filled and carefree music video of 3 young bothers. The video as if they were all having fun around and just cosily jamm’n together. I even got their cassette tape and I still play it to this day. I had wished years ago that they would come and visit our country. But worst speculations before (within the uprising of rebels and kidnapping in our country, few artists had the guts to hold concert events here), it has been a gossip they mocked Filipinos as monkey looking people. As a Hanson fanatic, I totally did not belied at all. I remember performing their classic mmmbop song in my English 101 subject as part of Literature activity. My classmates were all nice to jam with me and clap their hands as I perform Hanson’s mmmbopping music.

Isaac, Taylor, and Zac formed the jumpy and jolly rock band from Oklahoma. With their youthful looks and jagged  long hairs (who basically re-introduce the appreciation of long hair bohemian rocker look that time), which made young girls scream and giggle with the band. People was impressed of Zac’s drumming skills inspite of his being the youngest and smallest in the sibling’s band; while Taylor was able to handle an up and straight rocker image despite of his handsomely-lady-like feature. Isaac on the other hand has captured women by his quiet and manly gestures while strumming his guitar.

Hanson Concert in Philippines is presented by Dayly Entertainment, which will rock Araneta Coliseum on March 30, 2012 8pm (tickets can be bought on ticketnet or contact 02 911 55555) and continue the mmbopping on March 31 at Cebu Waterfron Hotel (reserve as soon as possible at nos. 232 6888, 514 3500).

Reviewing Joshua Jackson's Talent

Do you remember Dawson's Creek? How about Mighty Ducks? Well, I guess you now have the idea where this blog is going. I am a bit in mesmerizing mode right now. Thinking of Joshua Jackson, sigh. I now realize why I married my husband, albeit his tacky, handsome and inner goodness --- my hubby has a little resemblance with my first, big time crush!

Talking about real actors who can act, not just by his pretty and endearing looks. This guy can really, really act. He has planted his root as an actor. He's too young to be called an institution, but hey, he does have a contribution with the TV and movie industry in Hollywood. From kids' witty movie Mighty ducks acting as Charlie Conway who is dearly loved by his young, determined ice hockey player image, then followed by a TV teen sensation Dawson's Creek -- playing a well-loved country guy Pacey Witter (which started everyone's illusion of Katie Holmes and Joshua Jackson's love team in real life. But Ms. Holmes eventually ended up with much older looking Joshua, laugh), added with a more serious movie "The Skull" (the first, that is) performing the role of Luke McNamara  as a regular but an intelligent college student , spiced up by a suspense/horror film (from a Japanese horror film)  "Shutter" playing as Joshua Carter as a professional Photographer based in Japan, and now the current TV rave Sci-Fi show, "Fringe".

Fringe, I had been watching this show for months now. And goodness, sake, it is good. though I may be destructed and feel uncomfortable by the way other actors on Fringe acts (very ovverated and too OA - in Philippines we call it as Over Acting, grin). Well, as long as my crush pull his role well, or should I say, he did it at his best. Why not? I just do hope he won an award or something on this show. Of course, Fringe is only next to my favorite CSI. Too bad Jil Grissom left, this guy is one of the main man of the show! Oh I missed him, cry.

He is My King... Who's yours?

I heard this song over and over again on radio many times while I was riding' on a public van going to work. The song was a bit jumpy and nice to hear, a good sound to hear on a busy and on a hurry morning. But as the song goes a long, I was a bit hesitant to sing a long with it.. The words are bothering.... The lyrics goes like , "who made you king of anything... who died and...." something like that. In my opinion, the lyrics is some kind of a slander to my faith. The songs talks a bout someone who pursuits a person in making things right, but the song disagrees with whoever this person and addressed the person as a self proclaimed king and savior. I don't know what the real message the composer or maybe the singer is addressing the lyrics at but I find it too blasphemous. So when I arrived at work, I searched through the internet who the singer is. She's Sarah Bareilles, raised from a Catholic family. I am just wondering (since we share same faith) did she ever thought reading the lyrics first before including it in her album? Though she may have no  intention to degrade our  religion (or was it my religion?), as a responsible artist she may have selected the songs she sings and produce (yes, she is also a producer). 

To those who were also offended by her song please pass...

Justin Bieber Found To Be Cleverly Disguised 51-Year-Old Pedophile

Okay, I'm back with my blog. Thank goodness I already finished my task at work. Though there may have minor jobs to finish, these two news shocked me while my officemate , Cliff, saw a news video showing Justein Beiber. Allegedly, the hot 16 year old Canadian teen pop singer, Justein Beiber, is a 51 year old pedophile; Michael Cote. Mr. Cote has posed as the teen heartthrob for many years by wearing a wig and convincing rubber mask.

I never thought that there is a squabble going on between close friends and co-hosts, Mariel Rodriguez and Tony Gonzaga. I just read on yahoo news about it recently. 'Knowing Tony as one talkative person, but she is tactful and safe in her words. How could she be in in rift with the very wacky and posh Mariel Rodriguez?The report says, the misunderstanding started when Robin Padilla requested to replace Tony Gonzaga as his leading lady on their Star Cinema's upcoming film (Tony had already completed 6 days of shooting/taping for the film). He asked the management to just hire Mariel Rodriguez instead (to make the love-comedy story more appealing and realistic, since Robin and Mariel were allegedly reported to have tied the knot before they left for India).  According to recent interview of Tony, without her detailing the cause of their misunderstanding, she expresses her deep heartache about her misunderstanding with her former close friend Mariel. An eight-year old kid spotted a stranded dolphin at San Teodoro, Oriental Mindoro and timely reported it to authorities last month. The kids abrupt decision, saves the life of the dying dolphin. The kid's name? Carl Andrei Leuterio who is in his third grade. He said He and his 3 playmates were playing along the beach when they saw the dolphin. 

Carl is the youngest to receive the WWF-Philippines award, citing his heroic action in saving the environment and its species, even in a very young age.

Celphone Charger May Kill You

Last night I watched on news, that a boy was killed by malfunctioned cellular phone charger. According to reports, the mother just saw his boy pushed the cellphone socket to plug the cellphone on. But instead, in few minutes his son died in front of her, seeing him electrocuted remorsefully. 


So my dear parents, advise your kids to be careful and plugging just anything, including the celphone chargers. (Even elementary students owns his on cellphones now! I hope cellphones are regulated and should be just a fruit of their labor... like rewards, or pinag-iipunan, something like that.). Pag me konting sira or di na gumagana, just buy a new ones. Sa pagtitipid baka lalo pa tayo mapahamak, worst,it may kill us... Especially, Christmas is near, old Christmas lights must be replaced, we shouldn't repair it any more. And please buy those that have ICC certificates. Kahit made in China basta pumasa sa standard ng authorities natin, why not?! Di ba?

I hate Glee!

I was able to watched the premier telecast of Glee. But i hate to say it: I never liked it at first, I didn't appreciated the character of their musical coach, which I always tend to forget, including the lead actress's role Leah Michelle. I don't know, there is something about her which I really don't like. May be her role. She's such a looser. Or may be I don't like the way she sings. Her singing makes me want to cover my ears. It's to flirty and overrated. Sa bisaya pa, yaya kaayo. I don't like her version of Journey's Faithfully, she ruined it! Too maarte, as in!  But there are few characters like Sue (whom I really anticipated her Academy Award, oh man she's good!) whom I find challenging and funny. I love the way Jane Lynch protraiyed her role as a self-centered and competitive Cheer club adviser. I also like Kurt Hummel, his gay role is totally lovable (Innocent but liberated gay played by Chris Colfer). As well as Santana Lopez played by Naya Rivera, I find her pretty simple.

But what I am anticipating this coming season is the new addition to the crew, our very own Charice. The fact that she is a Filipino, but she has an astounding and powerful voice.  At early age, and from a foreign land, she infiltrated Hollywood! Now, there is something that I will look forward to watch Glee. Go, Charice ipakita mo ang kaya natin. Charice, dahil sayo, I am proud to be Pinoy!

State of Calamity

Koronadal City is declared under state of calamity. The City was flooded for 3 consecutive days. Many lives has ended as well as roperties and crops were eroded by flood. The flood is associated with the excessive and continuous rain. An estimated  17million or more worth of properties was destroyed by the calamity.

Currently our son, was at Koronadal with his lola Puring. Thank God my in-laws' house is away from the flooded area.  Thank you mama Puring for taking good care of Raph!

Philippine Hostage Taking Training

My hubbyness watched "The EXPANDIBLES " last night, we were happy to see old but familiar faces (hahaha! now, you have idea how young we are). It is a good movie but I wouldn't recommend it to younger ones. Very violent. What's so amazing is, while watching it, I remembered the Quirino Grand Stand Hostage taking last month. Currently, even with overrated and repeated news about it, no result of investigation has yet been released.  Going back to The EXPANDIBLES , well, who would have thought? The members of the gang may perfectly train our SWAT. The "Sorry We Aren't Trained" men? hehehe just kidding. My friend's hubbyness is a police, as well as most of my uncles are too; so let's not be too hard with these guys. If our government is not just that corrupt and the supposed money will only go to the proper budget such as policemen trainings, ammunition and other valuable defense gadgets; probably, more lives may have been saved. Or may be our government officials are may be fair, equal and humane in dealing with  their subordinates, none of these hostage taking took place at all. Sana sa pagkakasibak lang ni Mr. Hostage Taker, maayos at fair, he would have not gone amok.

And by the way, who was that silly big boss of PNP? The fat Poncious Pilate? I don't like him pinning down he's men. Di ba dapat kasama sya sa ginigisa? And can we review our government system's hierarchy? Without stating the obvious that they are not properly coordinating as heads of their offices. Bureaucracy, that is.

Mind Game or Playing Dirty?

Michelle Madrigal's boyfriend and a fellow Celebrity Survivor Philippines, is now hated by everyone. It is because during the episode last night, he played a dirty trick. According to Jon, he just played the "mind game". But as everyone concluded, it was one dirty and unmanly trick. While Mama Elma Muros (known as one of the best athlete and brought a lot of medals for our country) was bearing 26 kls of weigh on her shoulders, Jon threw a silly and depressing words to Ms. Muros, saying that the weight is too heavy and she will just have to quit. Seeing Mama Elma is having a hard time carrying the very heavy weight, she also bruised herself, and as an addition to the burden, Jon is harsh enough to persuade his female opponent by making not so encouraging words. The other contender of the two is, a Japanese model,  Akihiro.

Heroic Story

On a lighter side, while preparing for work this morning, I watched on GMA& news about a taxi driver who whole-heartedly returned a bag full of techie gadget and Canadian dollars worth 40,000 in Philippine peso. What's so impressive with the taxi driver, is that even he has financial difficulty, he still returned the bag. It's easier not to be tempted if we don't really needed the money, but for the case of the taxi driver, he needs it to provide his family's needs. But of course, when interviewed on DZBB, he admitted that he also thought of keeping the money. But with the persuasion of his wife, he hurriedly called the radio station and asked to look for the owner of the bag. The owner, in return, rewarded the him,  in gratitude of the honest and kind taxi driver.

Currently, I am researching for the name of the taxi driver so that we could commend him personally. Correction, not just taxi driver but "THE TAXI DRIVER"! Kudos to you! I would definitely include you in our prayers that God will bless you more than what you have returned, good health to you and your family as well as a happy and peaceful life. (I promise, I'll try to search his name and his photo as well -- so we can proudly brag him, I will post it ASAP, once I will have his name )

Weird

Breaking News: No FB in China! Chinese Authorities blocked the IP connection of all social networks from selected provinces in China. This is in connection of riots started through usage of all networking sites, not only Facebook. (No FB in china: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20090707210724AAIjD9M)

hah? What the ?? Is China a communist country? So does it mean we can talk about Chinese people on FB without them knowing it? hahahha! I hope Chinese government may consider also the good stuffs social networking sites are providing them.

Heart-Breaking News: A baby was found on a toilet bin of Gulf Airlines while cleaners were preparing the plane back to Barhain after it landed Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Manila, Philippines) yesterday. Airline and Philippine government authorities are still on the hunt who was the mother  (whether the parents are from Saudi Arabia or from Philippines); who unimaginably concealed her givinng birth on the plane without getting the attention of other passengers. Another theory is being investigated whether the baby is really from one of the passengers from Bahrain. How could a mother have the heart of leaving his son like that?! After giving birth, she just left his son on a toilet bin wrapped only with paper towels?! Some couples will do almost anything, as in anything (including dancing insanely at Obando, Bulacan) just to have a baby! Or may be she's a very wise mom, she can't raise her son or maybe her pregnancy is a result of an extra-marital affair (damn her if she is) so it's a wise decision to dump a newly bron child on an airline where the child could possibly have a good life after. Think about it, media will feast on the new, Airline owner may have the chance to adopt the baby!.. But I guess, being a mom, i know, whereever that mother now.. She misses her son and is very regretful of not having the chance to take good care of her son. I know she is a mom, she may be right now, bleeding her heart out not seeing her child. Whoever you are, I hope your son will grow up not hating you.

Showbiz News: After the tragic ousting of Willie on Kapamilya Network (ABS-CBN 2), Willie Revillame has now given another chance to start his hosting career life all over again. this time, it's on Kapatid network, TV5. The format is still the same as of the old Wowowie, strategically merging the name of main host Willie on the former show. What the??? How many times will Willie Revillame be given a chance... Honestly, he doesn't deserve it. I would just like to see him so way, way, way down, unless he really realizes the true meaning of humbleness (not just in words and presented acts), true friendship, true respect, honesty, loyalty and true love (love for partner, and love for other people as well). Of course, being a Christian, my mind (as well as my beloved lola who likes Willie so much) tells me to fully accept Willie and give him another chance. I do hope my heart accepts what my mind tells me to, hehehe. I'm just here waiting for him to commit another careless, nasty and unconcious mistake. Willie, I have my eyes on you... hahahha!

Another Showbiz News: Marian Rivera as one of the best actresses on her time and one of the best babies of GMA7, is again in the height of another squabble with another actress. Neophyte Bela Padilla is the starlette whom being reffered to by the recent blind items. It has been in the news that she was verbaly and physically tormented by Marian Rivera during their tapings of Endless Love. According to Ms. Padilla's Manager the famous Bus Liner Owner  and a famous Juke-Box Queen, Ms. Claire Dela Fuente, told press that that her star received unwanted (both direct and indirect harsh words from Ms. Rivera) words, such as "Ang bobo-bobo mo, ang  landi-landi..." and other foul words. The most recent incident was the locking of Ms. Rivera to Ms. Padilla inside of the resort's toilet. Pushing her face on sink. Scandaleous Showbiz Bits: A scandaleous and very controversial news circulatted over the internet and TV after reports came out that Shaina and John Loyd was rushed to hostpital after having an intimate moments  together.        Ever imagine how powerful Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, and other social networking sites can fully ruin someones name and reputation, as well self-esteem? Immeasurable! With the countless number of online users, and undefinable democracy in just posting anything on the net; anybody can just make or break a person. Example: ever wonder how Charice Pempengco became famous? She didn't audition for Hollywood guys, she was discovered through the most popular free video uploading site "you tube". A fanatic uploaded her video in which she locally joined in the Philippine television.. And boom! People around the world loved the 16-year-old Clhrice. As well as more names became famous over the net, there's Venetian Princess, Justin Beiber, and among others.

         On the contrary, there are those who's life became miserable because of these online stuff. Social network site "twitter" caused pain and humiliation to Hip-hop star Kanye West after jumping on stage, grabbing the microphone from Taylor Swift at the MTV Video Music Awards last year and saying her trophy should have gone to Beyonce. After that, he was bombarded with too much hate messages and criticism over the Twitter.

      The unacceptable behavior during the MTV awards, caused the artist's career's downfall. Kanye West described hte feeling as "enourmous pain", in other words, may have caused depression to him. A lot of career opportunities have closed for him as well.

     Kanye West known as  multiplatinum artist, and a Grammy-winning superstar had once been well-loved and became best at his generation, despite sometimes boorish behavior and meltdowns at other awards shows when things did not go his way. However, when he upstaged Swift — the then-teenage darling of pop and country music worlds _the public had had enough. There was tremendous backlash against West — even President Barack Obama was caught calling him a "jackass."               When he guested at Jay Leno's prime-time show, Mr. West  apologized and said he still had not recovered from his mother's death two years prior. He said he would be taking time off from the public eye.

                After the incident on MTV awards, Kanye West canceled a joint tour with Lady Gaga (who is now a bankable, famous, top-charting singer) , apparently due to low ticket sales. 

       On Kanye West's Twitter account, he posts about the backlash. Saying: "I'm the guy who at one point could perform the Justin Timberlake on stage and everyone would be sooo happy that I was there..". Another posts says: "People tweeted that they wish I was dead ... No listen. They wanted me to die people. I carry that. I smile and take pictures through that." West said he's now "ready to get out of my own way. The ego is overdone." 

         Of course, Mr. West apologized to Swift. He even wrote a song for Taylor Swift, hoping that she may perform his composition. But he also added: "If she won't take it then I will perform it for her..." . 
  
         West is working on a new album this fall, and hoping he may recover from the backlash.  

          Kanye West is a new member of Twitter, and had been active user then. He is posting not only his feelings, but new songs and other updates.  And believably, he has over 900,000 followers since he joined earlier this summer. He said that he loved Twitter  but added saying :" ... I've always been at the mercy of the press but no more ... The media tried to demonize me," he tweeted Saturday.

In My Opinion on Claudine Baretto & Angelica Panganiban Rift

Since, my dearly hubbyness banned me from watching showbiz oriented shows, the more I became itchy and thirsty to know the latest entertainment news (especially, those scandaleous and intriguing ones... though I may not wish it always happens, but truth is-- the more conplicated news such as sex scandals, libelous rift, and harsh exchange of words are waved by people in the showbiz/tv personalities the more entertaining it gets). My hubbyness don't understand the fact of enjoying the agony of a tv/movie personality by exposing the the most private stuff about them. Excitement grows and grows as the more libelous/slanderous words written/spoken about a person, the more it interesting.

It has been one-full month of August, former ABS-CBN's star and fave artist Claudine Barreto has been grievously posting shout outs. As people may have read those posts, may interpret those shout-outs as pertaining to a certain person. Until one day, speculations spilled out. She was pointing finger to younger actress, Angelica Panganiban, for falsely spreading gossip that Ms. Claudine Barreto(currently married to actor Raymart Santiago) is having an extra marital affair. That may have caused Claudine's fury.

Being married also, knowing that someone is spreading naughty rumors about my reputaion (putting my loyalty and faithfullness to my beloved husband into risk) may also make me angry.  No, not angry... Very, very angry!

 According to PEP news online, since the name of Star Magic's young star, Angelica Panganiban, floated as the same person, whom Claudine is passively referring to as the mole who is allegedly  spreading the slanderous gossip; Angelica did not entertained any interviews, reactions or even did not bothered saying anything about the matter. Star Magic Director, Mr. Johnny Manahan (famously known as "Mr. M"),  spoke on behalf of Angelica. Defending that it was the Star Magic's Management's idea not to allow her to accept any interviews and not to release any statement about the the two-bankable star's tiff. This is in favor of Claudines part (since the management is still concern with the actresses' career, a former baby of Star Magic), knowing fully that whatever Angelica will have to say will only ruin Claudine's family life and career. Hence, she should keep her silence. Mr. M added, that, people pretty well known Angelica, as feisty, rude and a rebel at times but she was never a liar.

In my opinion, Angelica's silence makes more things interesting and intriguing. What could be this very confidential information that may probably shock everyone and may possibly threaten Claudines career? Think, think, think? I am thinking evil  thoughts. Very evil ones... 

In showbiz Central (GMA7,  ABS-CBN's rival showbiz talk show), John Lapuz, a former Star Magic artist, defending Claudine's side that knowing Mr. M as a mentor is such protective and loving person. He may be protecting Angelica, because he is like a 'tatay'  (father) to his stars. He maybe protecting Angelica, as any father would have done.

Okay, so John Lapuz may be saying, probably Claudine may be right in her accusations... and Angelica must be into something else... oh let me see what may be the reasons? Let's think again. Deviously? hah?!

Claudine, filed a criminal and civil case against Angelica last August 24. On the basis that the alleged gossips she was spreading is slanderous and by all means has malign. intentions. She explained that in Angelica's  silence, so as she also doesn't want to speak too. After the complaint case, Mr. M, hurriedly made a statement "..go ahead, sue us Claudine, go make our day.."

Well, galit na si bossing (The boss is now angry).  

The alleged Claudine's extra-marital affair, Martin Castro released also a statement to media.; 'Hoping all will be okay between Angelica and Claudine's party, since both are good friends with their spouse's and boyfriend's family(refering to Derek and Raymart). Martin Castro's wife (Cris Castro), pronounced in an interview in PEP that rumors about her husband that he is a drug addict and is carelessly having an affair with the "Optimum Star" ("Teleserye Queen" and "The SuperNova" as named by Claudine Baretto's loyal fans) are untrue. Mrs. Castro even cleared out Angelica's name by stating that during the said family dinner held at their home where Claudine and Raymart, as well as Angelica and Derek were invited; the allegations of Claudine against Angelica's bad mouthing Claudine's older sister (Gretchen "Greta" Baretto, famously known for her  posh fashion sense and classy but feisty attitude). Claudine claims that during that dinner, she overheard Angelica talking trash about her and her sister. That Angelica is telling everyone in the party that her sister Gretta gave Angelica's boyfriend an expensive gift. That made Claudine angry. But worst, she was falsely accused of having an affair with the party host - Martin Castro (common friend of Raymart and Derek).

Hala, if ever it's true, why? Why is Angelica spreading those stuff? What's her motive? Well, as I've watched on the Buzz last Sunday, Claudine's conclusion is that the young actress (Angelica) may be trying to create a gap between Martin and Raymart. But I don't see the point. Baliw lang ang gagawa nun (Ay hehehe, nagamit na pala ni Mr. M yun. According to him, who ever is spreading those rumor that Angelica is spreading those rumor, she may be disturbed. Tsk, tsk, tsk)

In addition to Mrs. Castro(Cris) statement thinks her husband---whom she described as “makulit, very honest, very friendly, very accommodating friend”---might have been dragged into the controversy because “maybe he gave the wrong impression on Claudine – that he’s too available.” She added, “Sometimes, Claudine calls [up Martin] 30 times a day!" Asked if she regrets knowing Claudine, Cris said, "Yeah, I guess. I don't need that noise in my life."

Di naman sa kinakampihan ko si  Claudine, pero dapat 'yung pinagkwentuhan ni Angelica  nung gabing 'yun kailangan na magsalita kasi mukhang si Claudine, lumalabas na praning lang. (I am not taking Claudine's side, but to those who actually talked to Angelica that dinner party they were talking about, if ever they have heard Angelica spread those rumors, they must come out and tell also the truth because it looks as if Claudine is getting insane).

Atty. Sonya Benemerito-Castillo, Castros's laywer is saddened from the controversy since her clients since the couple were privated  persons. Castros' are still hoping that things will just be okay since because both Raymart and Derek are of good friends.

It's so happened that the wife and girlfriend are such a mess that they can't get along well? And the friendship of those  guys is in uncertainty because their spouse and GF are in real mess? Hay, Buti, supportive pa din sila hubby at bf sa mga minamahal nila.. 



While Angelica's lawyer Atty. Joji Alonso released a statement on the Buzz (Sept 5), stating" In time, the public will clearly see that Angelica is the real victim..."She expresses that the accusation of Claudine is "maligned, and baseless..."

Nyay, katakot usapang lawyer na ito. I guess, those lawyers were also hoping that this mess will end up peacefully and they will all be able to settle it not in the court anymore. It is just a stupid misunderstanding, baseless gossip or maybe worst, an insane paranoia. Tsaka alam ko kasi Christian si Claudine. We share of same faith, so sana, all will be okay. Even if the so-called spreading of Angelica about the squabble and false story about Claudine, sana mapatawad nya or just keep her silence instead. By speaking more, she is dragging more of her reputation down the drain. (Oh no, it's a now lawyers stuff. I guess everyone will just hope that the mess will end up peacefully...  And I know Claudine is a Christian.. I hope she can forgive Angelica about the squabble...)

On the other hand, Ms. Gretchen Baretto, distanced herself from the controversy of the two actresses. Stating that she is feisty but cannot bear same level of fight the two caused. Anyway, She hopes all things will soon be okay. As well as common friends of the two in showbiz, has not commented on the said issue. All of them kept their silence, thinking that it would make things harder and controversial if they would say something about the Issue.

Of course, you don't want to be included in this mess. It's totally not a nice attitude and not a good example to their audiences. Well, anyway, if things will not be settled sooner, the exchange of harsh words with the two camps may bring us more entertainment. I agree with Tony Gonzaga, when she says during the buzz, that if things gets more controversial, messy and intriguing... It's Entertainment. As "mirror boy" (hahaha! did I just call him a new name? pretty old huh?!), the ever professional Mr. Boy Abunda, says, being in showbizness, it's a price to pay of (mis)judgment and gossip.  

In my opinion, the two may not totally liked each other at first. Both are too feisty, crude, good actresses (and were able to bank and prove something on big screen and on TV) which proves competitiveness, tactless at times, mischievous and some point of their life became rebellious.  To add more both have past rift with other actresses as well:
